Free workout card maker

Type your workout stats and download a 1080 × 1920 PNG card, the exact size of an Instagram Story. It’s free, there’s no sign-up, and the card is drawn in your browser: nothing you type is uploaded.

By Forta, the iPhone app that makes cards from Apple Watch workouts.

Duration (h : min : s)
Style

Leave a field empty to leave it off the card. Pace (or speed for cycling) is worked out from duration and distance.

On iPhone, you can also press and hold the preview and choose Save to Photos.

What it makes

A PNG image, 1080 pixels wide and 1920 tall (9:16), with your activity, a title, the date, a large headline number (distance, or duration when there is no distance) and up to four more stats: duration, average pace (or average speed for cycling), calories and average heart rate. Pace and speed are worked out from the duration and distance you enter, in kilometers or miles.

There are three styles: Midnight (dark green), Sunrise (warm orange) and Clean (white). The stats sit away from the top and bottom of the image, where Instagram places its own buttons in a Story.

How to use it

  1. Pick the activity and type the stats from your watch or fitness app. Leave a field empty to leave it off.
  2. Choose a style and check the preview.
  3. Tap Download PNG, then post the image to your Instagram Story or anywhere else.

Privacy

The card is drawn with your browser’s canvas, and what you type is never sent to a server. To count visits, getforta.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and can’t see what you type here. Closing the page discards everything.
