Terms of Use

Forta is an iPhone and Apple Watch app made by Baris Bingor, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use Forta, including Compete, its competitions with friends.

Forta is free. From version 2.1.0 you start by signing in with Apple; if you started Forta before 2.1.0, you can keep making cards without signing in.

Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms add the rules for your account and Compete.

• You must be 13 or older to sign in, and 16 or older in EU and EEA countries whose digital-consent age is above 13.
• One account per person.
• Keep it friendly: no offensive or impersonating handles, names, avatars or competition titles. We may change or remove them, and close accounts that break these rules.
• Play fair: don’t put false data into Apple Health on purpose. We may remove a player’s points or results.
• You choose which cards you post. Your followers see them.

You can delete your account at any time in Forta, under You → Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what that removes and what stays.

Compete can send you push alerts about your competitions, invitations and follows. You can switch each kind off in the app. We don’t send marketing pushes.

We provide Forta and Compete as they are. We work to keep them running and correct, but we can’t promise they will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or stop any part of them, Compete included.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for lost data, that come from using Forta or Compete. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can’t be taken away.

We may update these terms. This is version 2026-10. We’ll post any new version on this page with a new version number.
